Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 15A

All increases are presented to the executive committee and board of directors with the general funds budget, normally in september or october. This takes a month for the committee to review. At a following board meeting, they vote to (1) give an increase and (2) how much of an increase. All staff evaluations are signed by the staff member, director, and board president and reviewed with the entire board. A copy is kept in the hiring file.
