IRS990ScheduleD/Form990ScheduleDPartXIV/Explanation0In 2009, the Corporation adopted the Income Taxes topic of the FASB Accounting Standards Codification 740, which provides guidance for how uncertain income tax positions should be recognized, measured, presented and disclosed in the financial statements. The Corporation is required to evaluate the income tax positions taken or expected to be taken to determine whether the positions are "more-likely-than-not" to be sustained upon examination by the applicable tax authority. The Corporation has determined that the application of the Incoem Taxes standard does not impact the operations of the Corporation and that no provision for income tax is required in the Corporation's financial statements. There has been no interest or penalties recognized in the income statement or balance sheet for the year ended March 31, 2010. As of March 31, 2010, the following federal and State of Ohio tax years remain open -- March 31, 2007 through 2010.
