“New employees sign employment contracts and thus are led to onboard and sign all paperwork through our employment onboarding platform, which includes payroll and other intake forms. One of those forms is a conflict- of-interest form, so all new staff sign as they are onboarded. These are stored in that platform for reference, attached to the employee profile. The coi form states that updating is the responsibility of the employee. We currently do not actively monitor or require an annual re- certification/signature on this document.”
