“Statement of Program Service Accomplishments (stmt #4a) Think Together offers programs and services in four core areas and continues to evolve its program offerings to meet the needs of our partners. Think Together programs are delivered throughout the State of California, across 50 school districts and serving over 150,000 individual students. Programs are aligned with research-based practices to support learning in and out of school so kids can succeed in their journey to college and career readiness. The four core program and service areas are: EARLY LEARNING, AFTERSCHOOL, STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES, and SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT. EARLY LEARNING programs promote school readiness for children from birth to five years of age and are focused on early literacy, math and parent education skills. AFTERSCHOOL programs are hosted on school campuses or community sites to enhance and reinforce learning for students in grades K-12. These programs focus on English, STEM, youth development, arts and enrichment. STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES are customized programs tailored to meet the needs of individual students, schools or districts. These programs are focused in the areas of summer, tutoring, substitute teacher staffing, physical education, and arts or STEM programs. SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT services are in-school coaching and training for district and school administrators and teachers. These services are provided through Principal's Exchange, an affiliate of Think Together. Areas of focus include equity and achievement analysis, systems change supports, leadership development, and instructional improvement.”
