“The board of directors shall appoint a six-member executive committee, the composition of which shall be the chairman of the board, vice chairman of the board, the treasurer, the immediate past chairman of the board, president and a member of the board of directors. The execitive committee shall have the power and authority to supervice all activities of the association between meetings of the board of directors and shall excercise such powers and duties as the board may confer upon it. A majority of the members of the executive committee may determine its action and fix the time and place of any meeting of the executive committee unless the board of directors shall otherwise provide.”

Associate membership status is offered to any person, partnership or corporation who furnishes material, machinery, supplies or services to the contracting industry.”
