IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0IN DECEMBER 2015, THE BOARD AUTHORIZED THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A $10 MILLION ENDOWMENT FUND (THE "FUND") BY TRANSPLANT FOUNDATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING ANY FUTURE FINANCIAL SHORTFALLS AND TO SUPPORT NEEDED CAPITAL PROJECTS AT TRANSPLANT HOUSE. BASED ON THE REQUEST OF THE BOARD, TRANSPLANT HOUSE IS ENTITLED TO AN ANNUAL DISTRIBUTION OF UP TO 5% OF THE FAIR VALUE OF THE FUND.
