The sole member has the authority to elect and remove directors.

The sole member has the authority to elect and remove directors and approve changes in the by-laws and code of regulations. In addition the sole member has the authority to approve decisions such as dissolving the organization.

The return is provided to the board members for their review before the return is filed.

The organization annually sends a disclosure form to all directors, officers, and key employees requiring them to disclose any conflicts of interest. Any new board members are advised of the policy upon entering the duties of his/her office. Those conflicts are then addressed by the board. Voting and participation restrictions are imposed on those with any conflicts. The board president and secretary/treasurer are authorized and directed to see that this policy is followed.

The organization performs compensation reviews. The ceo review is handled by the columbus medical association foundation board and the ceo evaluation committee. The former ceo had an employment contract and it was last updated in 2023. The current ceo was hired in november 2024 and their contract was established at that time. The ceo reviews the compensation for all staff. The ceo establishes compensation based on inflation rates, an independent compensation consultant, compensation surveys and studies and approval by the joint finance committee and the board. The outside review is conducted every three years and the last one was in 2024.

THROUGH A ROBUST NETWORK OF VOLUNTEER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, HOSPITALS, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS, PCC PROVIDES CARE COORDINATION THAT CONNECTS PATIENTS TO ESSENTIAL HEALTH SERVICES WHILE ADDRESSING SOCIAL DRIVERS OF HEALTH SUCH AS FOOD, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, AND MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT.PCC'S PROGRAMS INCLUDE ACCESS TO CHARITABLE MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE, PRENATAL NAVIGATION FOR PREGNANT MOTHERS, AND ASSISTANCE WITH INSURANCE ENROLLMENT, INTERPRETATION, AND CONNECTION TO OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES. COORDINATED 2,108 MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS INCLUDING PRIMARY CARE, SPECIALTY CARE, DIAGNOSTICS, DENTAL CARE, AND PRENATAL SERVICES. DELIVERED 24,686 SERVICE ENCOUNTERS, HELPING INDIVIDUALS ACCESS ESSENTIAL SUPPORTS SUCH AS TRANSPORTATION, MEDICATION, INTERPRETATION SERVICES, FOOD ASSISTANCE, AND EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT.PCC'S COLLABORATIVE MODEL EMPHASIZES PARTNERSHIPS WITH HOSPITALS, CLINICS, SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO CREATE AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF CARE. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO LEADS INITIATIVES THAT STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY HEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE, INCLUDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTER FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH, WHICH EXPANDS ACCESS TO COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES UNDER ONE ROOF.
