IRS990/Desc0The Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) oversees the programming and management of two of the Tri-state's largest arts venues - the Aronoff Center for the Arts and Music Hall. Designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli, the Aronoff Center for the Arts opened in 1995 and is located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. The Center consists of three performance spaces: Procter & Gamble Hall (2,719 seats and home to Broadway Across America and Cincinnati Ballet), Jarson-Kaplan Theater (437 seats), and Fifth Third Bank Theater (flexible black-box space). In addition, the Aronoff Center also houses meeting and reception rooms, space for rehearsals and the Alice F. & Harris K. Weston Art Gallery. Built in 1878 and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1975, Cincinnati Music Hall is among the City's most recognizable buildings. The venue is home to the Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and the May Festival. In October 2017, Music Hall celebrated its much-anticipated Grand Opening after one of the most comprehensive renovations in the venue's 140- year history.
