The mission of troy main street is to coordinate the efforts of all those dedicated to making downtown troy a better place to live, work, shop, celebrate, and invest.”

“In 2021 troy main street "placed 54 pots filled with flowers along downtown sidewalks and storefronts; "partnered with over 20 local non-profit organizations to increase their exposure, keep the downtown litter free, and offer activities to the community; "brought the biennial sculptures on the square exhibit back to the community featuring 20 sculptures from 20 different artists from around the country, and one from canada; "surveyed all downtown businesses to learn how troy main street can better serve them; "worked with the city of trop to implemet a dora (designated outdoor refreshment area) in downtown troy. In 2021, troy main street also hosted 44 days of events including: "first friday events every month "the chocolate walk "fridays on prouty concert "nonprofit night "hometown halloween "enchanted wonderland weekend "santa house visits "scultures on the square puble art activities volunteer information: in 2021, troy main street volunteers, spent over 792 hours volunteering with troy main street to help plan and host events, clean up downtown, serve as board members, etc. In 2021 troy main street gained 88 new volunteers. In 2021 troy main street was once again accredited as a nationally recognized main street program through heritage ohio.”
