Until that day, we pursue a world free by equipping men and women to share god's story of sex with confidence and to navigate a sexualized, digital age with hope. Though the world around us is filled with affairs and abuse, darkness and devastation, we have the better story when men and women understand this story in a deeper way, they can communicate it with confidence, navigate the digital age, and lead their communities and the next generation in righteousness and justice. -and everyone who has this hope fixed on him purifies himself, just as he is pure." -1 john 3:3 through transformative content, conferences and consulting, we proclaim jesus as our pure hope. It is only through him that we can experience and model the pursuit of god's love, purity, and justice in a sexualized culture. Over the last fiscal year over 50 additional equipping events were held across the united states, in africa and in latin america reaching over 6500 men and women. Tens of thousands from 142 countries were equipped through our digital resources, website, e-letters, social media, and our newly released youversion/bible app reading plan, parenting in a sexualized, digital age. Moreover, 2,500 purehope community members received our informative quarterly newsletter, the journal, and over 6,000 received our regular email updates in their inboxes. As one constituent said: "for the first time in our lives, we feel empowered to lead our children on a godly path through this sexualized culture." in the spring of 2019 we launched "a world fee: the purehope podcast which reached thousands. The podcast platform is an incredible space where we can share god's more compelling story of sex and start conversations on the show that will help spark more conversations with friends and loved ones. The podcast debuted on the top chart in the religion & spirituality category on itunes and was also featured as a new & noteworthy podcast for the duration of season one. One listener said "so excited to share with friends and influencers" we hosted several heart of man retreats. This film, which we helped executive produce, helps men and women dive deep into root issues of sexual brokenness and god's heart for healing. We also were able to host screenings of the film which included a time of worship, prayer, and discussion around the father's pursuit of us. We were inspired by one participant's statement: "you have changed my life by equipping me to bring change into the lives of other men." earlier in the year we introduced la mision: criar hijos en una cultura sexualiza, the spanish translation of our parenting resource, quest: parenting in a sexualized culture. There are roughly 41 million native spanish-speakers in the u.s. Alone, 427 million in the world, and we want every single on of them to know the message of purehope. Our work with pastor elias apetogbo in togo, africa has been incredible. We are reaching thousands as our team in africa share purehope principles and the quest series across 17 african countries. Pastor elias told us "we believe that this small beginning will grow and achieve unbelievable goals that the lord has set up and that we don't know." we stand in awe of the lord's faithfulness to bring about exactly what we hope he would and even more. In addition to these new releases and special events, we have continued to equip tens of thousands of men and women around the world through our presence on rightnow media, our website, resources, blog, newsletter, social media and the journal, our quarterly newsletter.”
