Activity 2

Leadership academy is a fraternity-supported program that provided training and education to all chapter presidents, vice presidents of risk management, chapter advisors and province collegiate chairs. The training included sessions that focused on effective leadership strategies in such areas as action planning, values and ethics, decision-making, conflict management, and facilitation skills. The skills needed to be a chapter officer find their foundation in basic life skills that enable our members to be more successful within their interpersonal interactions, as leaders for their campuses and communities, and for their lives beyond their experiences in college.

Activity 3

Two life skills training workshops were held this year to provide national learning opportunities for chapter recruitment officers and committee members to focus on conversation, networking, and presentation skills. These trainings work to prepare our collegiate members for internships and their post-collegiate years by focusing on marketing and branding for both personal and professional settings.
