The corporation complies with asc 740-10 related to uncertain tax positions. Asc 740-10 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken on a tax return. Management is not aware of any tax positions taken by the corporation on its tax returns that they consider to be uncertain or that will jeopardize its tax exempt status. Tax returns for the years ended 2013, 2014, and 2015 are still open and subject to examination by the internal revenue service.
