The corporation complies with accounting standards codification (asc) 740- 10 related to uncertain tax positions. Asc 740-10 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken on a tax return. Management is not aware of any tax positions taken by the corporation on its tax returns that they consider to be uncertain or that would jeopardize its tax exempt status. Tax returns for the years ended 2016, 2017 and 2018 are still open and subject to examination by the internal revenue service.
