Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the obligated group and has concluded that as of december 31, 2015, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclousre in the consolidated financial statements. Accordingly, no provision has been made for federal income tax in the accompanying consolidated financial statements. The obligated group is subject to examination by taxing authorities; however, no examinations are in progress. Management believes these entities are not subject to tax examinations for years prior to 2012.”

CARF-CCAC IS AN INDEPENDENT NONPROFIT ACCREDITOR OF HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS THAT SETS STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE IN THE INDUSTRY. ALSO, IN RECENT YEARS, MARJORIE P.
