Mission
The purpose of Partners to End Homelessness, Inc. is to create a community where homeless persons have equal access to all resources to become self-sufficient while maintaining full self-determination.

- PTEH, Inc. increased participation in the Homeless Management Information Systems which allows accurate and consistent national and local reporting on the state of homelessness in our community. Through the additional agencies engaged, data provided is more accurate and is more inclusive of both nonprofit and state agencies and services. PTEH developed, trained and implemented a comprehensive quality management plan to encompass not only data entry but also case management expectations and client outcomes. This plan was developed in alignment with Homeless Emergency And Rapid Transition to Housing (HEARTH) proposed regulations.

They secured $800,000 in renewal grants and over $630,000 to support new programs to serve the homeless in Hinds, Rankin, Madison, Warren and Copiah counties. As a whole, our community receives over $1.6 million thanks to PTEH's members, board and community partners. |
