Mission

The purpose of Partners to End Homelessness, Inc. is to create a community where homeless persons have equal access to all resources to become self-sufficient while maintaining full self-determination.

Major Activities

Activity 2
PTEH, Inc. worked in coordination with the National Alliance to End Homelessness to provide the HEARTH Act Clinic. Over 40 community leaders were invited to engage discussions regarding upcoming changes in legislation for homeless service systems and to evaluate national best practices to end homelessness.
Activity 3
PTEH, Inc. increased participation in the Homeless Management Information Systems which allows accurate and consistent national and local reporting on the state of homelessness in our community. Through the additional agencies engaged, data provided is more accurate and is more inclusive of both nonprofit and state agencies and services.
