ITS MAIN PURPOSE SINCE INCEPTION HAS BEEN TO DEMOLISH CLT OWNED COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN PAGEDALE, PINE LAWN, HILLSDALE AND NORTHWOODS. IN 2016, THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY EXPANDED TO CREATE A CONSTRUCTION/REHAB DEPARTMENT WORKING ON CLT OWNED PROPERTIES AND COMPLETING OWNER-OCCUPIED REHAB JOBS FOR HOMES IN THE 24:1 FOOTPRINT. ALSO LANDSCAPING AND JANITORIAL DIVISIONS WERE ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ALL CLT AND BEYOND HOUSING OWNED PROPERTIES. HE CLT PROMOTED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF PAGEDALE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 2-STORY RETAIL MULTIPLEX AND A 4-SCREEN CINEMA.
