THE CLT HAS ALSO ESTABLISHED A CONSTRUCTION/DEMOLITION COMPANY TO DEMOLISH STRUCTURES ON SCATTERED PROPERTIES ACQUIRED BY THE LAND TRUST, THUS PREPARING THE LAND FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT. THE CLT PROMOTED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF PAGEDALE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 2-STORY RETAIL MULTIPLEX AND A 4-SCREEN CINEMA BOTH SLATED TO OPEN IN 2015. THE ABOVE PROGRAM REVENUE INCLUDE PROGRAM SERVICE FEES ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS TOTALING $8,929,151 THAT SUPPORT THIS PROGRAM.
