The key segments of the summit were about: a film festival about fossil fuels impact the environment, how investing and what we eat affects the world around us, how to finance the new climate economy, and other topics related to climate literacy and energy policy in a changing world.These were presented by leading environmentalists, business people, scientists and politicians including former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, former Gen. Wesley Clark, author Thomas Friedman, former Governor of Colorado Bill Ritter and Dr. Sylvia Earle. The summit was attended by more than 200 people. Important ideas were not only exchanged at the summit but also through media outlets.
