Inspired by love for our neighbors, our mission is to empower people, restore neighborhoods, and renew hope in our community through meaningful relationships and collaborative neighborhood revitalization.

Form 990

Revenue less expenses as reported on form 990, part 1, line 19 has a negative amount of 23,702. The amount reflects a one-time transfer of operating capital to a special neighborhood-based program that was created at community one and eventually launched in 2016 as its own 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Excluding this one-time capital transfer would result in a positive amount for our revenue less expenses for 2016 of 171,602.
