Redemption bridge serves as an intermediary, developing a collaborative approach in establishing public private partnerships. Our three primary programs are (1) the establishment of demonstration model talent pipelines with nine community college systems in texas, in four regions of the state, to enable our target populations to achieve industry recognized certifications; (2) the establishment of employer consortiums in the four regions to develop "second chance" employers; and (3) conducting monthly briefing meetings for approximately 40 nonprofit organizations, to connect them with our target populations and educational training partners.
