Mission

To meet the needs of children in the local community, by providing for their basic needs of food and toiletries within local school systems.

To eliminate hunger for at risk students in local schools so that they may have a greater opportunity to succeed in school and life. This is accomplished by providing for the basic needs of food and toiletries for at risk children and families in local school systems.

The Board consists of three married couples and one individual.

Once completed, the form 990 is reviewed by the executive director. After the executive director's review, the form 990 is passed on to the full board of directors for their review.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The conflict of interest policy is reviewed and signed annually by the employees as a part of the employee handbook. The board of directors review and sign a conflict of interest form annually.

The board of directors set the salary of the executive director. The executive director recommends salaries of the remaining staff based on the executive director's recommendation. All salaries are approved by the full board through the budget approval process. The budget approval is documented in the minutes from that meeting.
