“Roman khripunov pavel khripunov president vp family relationship”
“The irs form 990 is prepared by an independent cpa firm, and upon completion, is sent to the board who review it during a special session. After all questions have been resolved and any changes made, it is e-filed. Once the 990 has been accepted by the irs, a final copy is sent to the board.”
“The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually by the board. At this meeting, the policy is discussed to ensure all of the board are in compliance. If a potential conflict arises, the board member in question will disclose all relevant facts and then recuse themselves from further discussion. The remaining board members will review all relevant facts to determine if a conflict of interest exists and will vote on the matter and any action needed.”
“Data about similar positions and salaries in the non-profit sector is collected from local and online sources. It is then presented to the board to verify that compensation is proper and not excessive. During the board meeting to set salaries, officers whose salary is being discussed recuse themselves during that part of the meeting.”
“Data about similar positions and salaries in the non-profit sector is collected from local and online sources. It is then presented to the board to enable them to determine a compensation level that is proper and not excessive.”
“Documents are available upon request.”
“Volunteers organize and help run rs's various programs and events, including league of nations, kidsclub, and cup of nations. Five of the board members are also volunteers and help with monitoring the finances of revival sport, inc.”
“-> continued from psa 1 - league of nations- now operating in eight locations across houston with over 450 registered players, this program helps participants reach their full potential by coaching them not only in soccer, but also in life. This whole-life coaching approach not only develops soccer skills but also teaches leadership, teamwork, and community engagement. Each practice incorporates the discovery bible study method to help players look back and reflect on their week, look up by studying a scripture passage, and look forward by setting goals for the week ahead. Disciple-making is at the heart of the league of nations whole-life coaching curriculum. It is inspiring to see former league of nations participants return as coaches, giving back to the same communities that shaped them. Rs is also expanding its partnership with alief isd, aiming to establish league of nations in every alief school by 2030. By the end of 2024, they anticipate to reach 10 schools with 500 registered players. - kidsclub serves children in three communities across houston, providing after-school activities for kids who often have limited access to extracurricular programs. Many participants come from refugee families with no other opportunities to adjust to life in the u.s. Kidsclub creates a safe space for children to have fun, build friendships, and experience a sense of belonging. Additionally, many children living in the city have no access to the gospel and no one to disciple them. Kidsclub meets this need, serving over 150 children this year alone. With so many communities still in need, the vision for growth remains strong. -> continued from psa 2 cup of nations continued... Through partnerships with churches, local organizations, schools, and community groups, cup of nations empowers leaders to form relationships with attendees and make disciples who make disciples. The strategy brings the entire community together through a tournament and a family festival. Following the tournament, rs hosts weekly soccer clubs and disciple-making groups, providing ongoing opportunities for connection, discipleship, and holistic growth. -> continued from psa 3 equipping leaders and catalyzing movement continued... Rs believes that houston can be a model for other cities in north america, much like jerusalem was a model city in the new testament times. According to the rice kinder institute, most major cities in north america will resemble houston by 2035, meaning the ministry models innovated and tested in houston can be multiplied across the nation. For this reason, every model rs developes is designed to be simple, scalable, and sustainable. - the north american sport movement (nasm) is a coalition of organizations, churches, and individuals engaged in sports ministry across north america. Through the annual nasm conference, rs equips leaders to grow in their ministry through networking and training, even beneficial for experienced leaders who have been part of the movement for years. The conference offers specialized sessions and breakouts focusing on key areas of ministry and skill development. After the conference, many participants join online cohorts to continue growing and receiving targeted training. One way that participants continue to be supported and equipped is through 21 days of prayer and fasting, an online prayer resource that rs participates in to write prayer guides for 21 days.”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 0 | VOLUNTEERS ORGANIZE AND HELP RUN RS'S VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND EVENTS, INCLUDING LEAGUE OF NATIONS, KIDSCLUB, AND CUP OF NATIONS. FIVE OF THE BOARD MEMBERS ARE ALSO VOLUNTEERS AND HELP WITH MONITORING THE FINANCES OF REVIVAL SPORT, INC. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 1 | -> CONTINUED FROM PSA 1 - LEAGUE OF NATIONS- NOW OPERATING IN EIGHT LOCATIONS ACROSS HOUSTON WITH OVER 450 REGISTERED PLAYERS, THIS PROGRAM HELPS PARTICIPANTS REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL BY COACHING THEM NOT ONLY IN SOCCER, BUT ALSO IN LIFE. ONE WAY THAT PARTICIPANTS CONTINUE TO BE SUPPORTED AND EQUIPPED IS THROUGH 21 DAYS OF PRAYER AND FASTING, AN ONLINE PRAYER RESOURCE THAT RS PARTICIPATES IN TO WRITE PRAYER GUIDES FOR 21 DAYS. |
