For practicing healthcare professionals: each year intend health not only presents at conferences but also delivers interactive training workshops to more than 2500 healthcare professionals across the country. Serving both individuals and full teams across all branches of healthcare with a large percentage within primary care. Workshops range in length from one-hour to full-day and can be delivered as a single stand-alone workshop or in a series of workshops. The programming is tailored to best meet the needs of the healthcare team participants. For learners: we engage with healthcare learners directly through our student action network (san) program and we also have partnerships with other associations and institutions who engage learners. San is a national network of inter-professional, student-led teams who are focused on community-based projects. Intend health supports those projects with coaching and by offering leadership development workshops and tools that students can immediately apply to their team project work. Throughout the academic year we offer students and faculty a range of opportunities to learn, experiment, connect, and be supported. We are preparing future clinicians and providers to take the reins of primary care transformation. Relational leadership convening: this year we designed and hosted our first two-day relational leadership convening for healthcare professionals across the country. One of the goals for this event was to build community across the country for those who are committed to bringing relational practices throughout healthcare. We created a space for people to partner together, to share current research and best practices, to deepen their understanding of relational leadership and to build new and deepen existing relationships. We successfully brought together over 90 people from different organizations across the country, different healthcare professions, and different stages of career to learn, collaborate and connect.”

“In november of 2024, the organization's board of directors determined that it was in the best interest of the organization to winddown its operations by december 31, 2024. All program services were completed and all employees were terminated before the end of 2024. Consent for a final plan of dissolution had not yet been formalized by december 31, 2024, and subsequent to yearend in april, 2025 the board approved the final plan for dissolution.the organization plans to request the approval of the dissolution plans by the massachusetts attorney general's office. The organization expects to distribute its remaining assets to another not-for-profit organization with a similar mission and program services, during 2025 once the proper approvals are in place. Schedule n has not been completed due to the organization not yet liquidating or dissolving as of december 31, 2024.”
