To implement and operate a community-supported bike-share program that provides Boulders residents, commuters and visitors with an environmentally friendly, financially sustainable, affordable transportation option thats ideal for short trips and results in fewer vehicle miles traveled, less pollution and congestion, more personal mobility and better health and wellness.

Promote health, quality of life and preservation of the environment in Boulder, Colorado by building and operating a comprehensive city-wide bike sharing system.
