St. Luke's support corporation (the "organization") is organized and operated as a supporting organization as described in section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, or any corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law (the "code"). The organization is organized and operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of, st. Luke's chamber ensemble, inc. ("st. Luke's"), an organization that is exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) and classified as a public charity under section 509(a)(2) of the code.
