“Rozalia project believes that the ocean is a vital, shared resource that needs protection. Rozalia project fulfills its mission by leading focused expeditions onboard american promise where participants act as research assistants and citizen-scientists supporting the ongoing marine debris data collection and research initiatives of the organization with engaging education programs in partnership with over 75 organizations. Rozalia project also conducts surface to seafloor cleanups removing thousands of pieces of ocean trash from the waters and shorelines of north america. Due to the pandemic, we did not lauch our oceanographic research vessel and pivoted to move our programming into online platforms.”
