“Primary Exempt Purpose - To provide information, suport and community to Hypothalamic Hamartomas (HH) patients, caregivers and healthcare providers. We promote research into early detection, improved treatments, living with HH as a complex medical syndrome, and cure. Part III Line 28 Awareness continued - Increasing knowledge of HH worldwide by advocating at various medical conferences around the globe, and utilizing social media platforms to reach families directly impacted by the condition. Part III Line 29 - Research continued - We facilitate and seed research collaborations, hosting International Symposiums every 3 years to bring the medical community together to discuss the advances and challenges of this complex condition and drive research forward. Part III Line 30 - Support continued - the diagnosis. We offer individual request for support, provide information to families as they progress through their HH journey, empower patients to seek better treatments, and provide opportunities to meet / engage with others through social media platforms as well as live in-person events.”
