| ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt | 0 | Hello my family has faced a health emergency the past couple years. My wife has been diagnosed Bipolar and during Covid her condition has worsened... She requires a lot of care and energy. I have been really stretched by the demands of our ministry and also caring for my wife. We would be deeply appreciative if you would forgo a fine. I know that there was given to everyone an automatic six month extension and I believe we then asked for another extension although I'm not sure if it was granted. If an email is provided, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO EMAIL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF PSYCHIATRIC DOCTOR BILLS AND MEDICINE TO DOCUMENT MY WIFE'S HEALTH EMERGENCY. I was also diagnosed with Bladder Cancer this past year, however I don't think I can blame that for the 990 being late. Thank you very much for your consideration, I think this has been a very difficult year for all of us and would deeply appreciate understanding and forgiveness. |
