| ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt | 0 | Hello, Please note the IRS already has two paper copies of Christ Cares 2018 Form 990. The last copy was sent by united states mail overnight express to the Ogden UT office- USPS tracking number EL941934174US. I have delivery confirmation for Saturday March 7, 2020. On March 6, 2020 I sent another letter responding to a previous IRS letter in regard to the 2018 Form 990 informing the IRS that we sent a second paper copy of 2018 Form 990. In Sept, 10, 2020 we received a letter from the IRS stating they needed another 60 days to respond to our letter dated March 10, 2020 (I believe it was in response to the letter I sent informing the IRS we sent in a paper form 990 2018 or the 2018 990 form itself - 0438900001 Sept 10, 2020 LTR 2645C k0 27-119530 201612 67 Input Op: 0409907184 00064088 BODC: WI Sharon Davies Program Manager, AM OPS 1). I THOUGHT IS EASIEST FOR ALL PARTIES TO SUBMIT THIS ONLINE ELECTRONIC FORM 990. Previously, originally we received a letter notice from the IRS on September 30, 2019 informing us the IRS did not receive 2018 Form 990. This was a surprise to us because we thought we previously sent in Form 8868 for an automatic six month extension for Form 990 which would have given us a due date of Oct. 15, 2019 for the 2018 Form 990. |
