The Executive Director reviews the preliminary 990 with the accountant to ensure it is complete and accurate. The 990 and Financial Statements are reviewed by the Board of Directors Treasurer. Once reviewed Board approval is provided to the accountant to submit as evidenced by signature of the Board of Directors President.
