ICONS Individuals Collective Overcoming Negative Situations is committed to uplifting & motivating communities with a focus on youth and young adults. We work with and inspire youth and young adults between the ages of 9-27 to become prominent influential leaders. We manage programs with a focus on an at-risk high risk population and directly impact >500 youth and young adults each year with an indirect impact on thousands each year through Pep Rallies School Assemblies Community Candlelight Vigils Marches and Events. We promote our educational programs through 4 major pillars: Education Gang Intervention Prevention & Mitigation; Community and Economic Vitality; and Health & Wellness Our engaging innovative programs are delivered to our clients free of charge. While the programs are fun interesting and entertaining our goal is to educate future leaders. ICONS' staff has over 30 years of experience as youth advocates within local Cleveland neighborhoods.
