FULL MEMBERS AND SUSTAINING MEMBERS ARE businesses that include implementation and evaluation experts, demand response companies, engineering and architecture firms, data analytics firms, contractors, financing experts, energy service companies, workforce training entities, and manufacturers of energy efficiency products and equipment. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS ARE COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVEAN INTEREST IN THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY and demand management INDUSTRY IN CALIFORNIA BUT DO NOT DIRECTLY PROVIDE ENERGY EFFICIENCY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11B: Form 990 Review Process

The taxpayer's accounting firm forwards Form 990 to the Executive Director, who forwards it to the Board for their review prior to filing. Questions funnel to the Executive Director, who either answers them or asks the accounting firm to address the questions. The accounting firm also attends (can be remotely) a board meeting to answer any additionals on Form 990 before it is filed.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

At the beginning of each board meeting, each member is asked about potential conflicts. None have existed yet.
