The executive committee meets to review the evaluations and discuss the president and ceo's performance. The board chair meets with the president and ceo to communicate the results of the evaluation. Compensation decisions are based on several considerations including performance, financial position of the organization, compensation of other non profit organizations in the washington, dc area and the federal government.”
