“Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and is reviewed by the organization's CFO and Executive Director. The Form 990 is then distributed to the board of directors for their review prior to being filed with the IRS.”

“Officers, board members, and employees annually sign conflict of interest statements which are reviewed by the Executive Director. Should a conflict of interest arise, the individual with said conflict shall refrain from participation in any decision on such matter and abstain from voting.”

“Continuation of Program Service Accomplishments: In 2015, King's Ransom Foundation helped through its grant program to assist over 87,162 orphans, widows and families to receive food, water, safe housing, medical care and education. Some of the stories of those in need and how they were helped are below: * King's Ransom Foundation began a new project to build over 1,000 homes for the extreme poor in Nicaragua. Our goal is to bring these families out of their destitute conditions through the construction of community centers and double-unit homes with sanitation, access to potable water and sustainable chicken farms. Each unit is equipped with two bedrooms, a living room, a personal sanitation unit, a stove and a connection for potable water, and costs $5,200.00 to build. In 2015, KRF raised over $1.7 million, funding construction of over 330 homes in Santa Pancha, Nicaragua. Efforts will continue in Chinandega and Managua and other communities until we reach our goal of 1,000 homes built. www.grouprev.com/santapancha * KRF worked with Brother Harry Ministries and Home of Hope in India to complete a new educational facility providing free room and board, three meals a day, clean water, clothing and education to 275 orphan boys in India. In 2015, KRF helped to complete their eating halls, computer labs and kitchen. KRF established a monthly support campaign to continue our support to this home and school for children whose parents who were brutally martyred. www.grouprev.com/sonsofthemartyredones * King's Ransom Foundation continued its support to The King's Children's Home in Belize. With the completion of the new facilities, more work was needed to complete the inside of the dorm rooms and kitchen. KRF funding provided all new mattresses for the boys' dorms. KRF also assisted in the purchase of school supplies, housing products, chicken, cows, turkeys and vegetable seedlings, in an effort to help feed, maintain and support the care of the 90 orphans. KRF established a monthly giving campaign to support this home and care for these orphans. * King's Ransom Foundation continued its support to help rescue children enslaved in the sex trade industry with Destiny Rescue and Abba House Foundation in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. * King's Ransom Foundation sponsored the distribution of a YouTube video that presented the Gospel of Matthew entirely in Hebrew. The video and its Gospel message were viewed over 800,000 times in Israel alone.”
