“Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and is reviewed by the organization's CFO and Executive Director. The Form 990 is then distributed to the board of directors for their review prior to being filed with the IRS.”

“The Foundation is currently working towards an updated conflict of interest policy which would require officers, board members, and employees to annually disclose interests that could give rise to conflict. The Foundation will also establish guidelines for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the policy.”

“Continuation of Program Service Accomplishments: In 2014, King's Ransom Foundation helped through its grant program to rescue 45,713 orphans and 1,114 child sex slaves. Funding from the Foundation also helped 445,481 people receive food and water and improved 65 communities. Some of the stories of those in need and how they were helped are below: * Brother Harry Gomes Ministries and Home of Hope in India were devastated when all 275 of their orphan boys were suddenly ripped out of their orphanage because of a change in the government and then dropped off in the streets. King's Ransom Foundation and it's faithful donors, who were already supporting this home, quickly went to work to raise over 1 million dollars to provide a new educational facility providing free room and board, three meals a day, clean water, clothing and education. By the end of the year all the orphans had been found, rescued and returned to the loving care of Brother Harry Gomes and his ministry. www.grouprev.com/sonsofthemartyredones * King's Ransom Foundation has helped the people of Haiti since its devastating earthquake in 2010. In 2014 KRF teamed up with Food for the Poor to help transform a village in Kadwa Haiti. Raising over $525,000 to provide safe housing, clean water and a sustainability project to help save the lives of over 200 people in this isolated mountain region in Central Haiti. www.grouprev.com/kadwa * King's Ransom Foundation found out that 285,000 meals were sitting in a USA warehouse waiting to be delivered to feed orphans in Sierra Leoni, Africa. Eager to save lives, King's Ransom Foundation partnered with Food for Orphans and raised the $20,000 needed to ship this food to Africa in just 20 hours. * King's Ransom Foundation continued its support to The King's Children's Home in Belize. With the completion of the new facilities, there was still the need to complete the inside of the dorm rooms and kitchen. KRF went to work and raised over $45,000, sending kitchen goods, bedding, linens, appliances and other items to help with the 100 orphans now living in this new home. A water system and Aqua Ponics system were installed to help provide clean drinking water. Another $123,220 was provided to The King's Children's Home for their daily needs. * King's Ransom Foundation continued its support to help rescue girls and boys enslaved in the sex trade industry in Thailand.”
