“FORM 990 REVIEW PROCESS. Form 990 is prepared inhouse. The form is reviewed by our bookkeeper, the Executive Director, the Chairman of the Board, and the Treasurer. A representative of management authorizes the final Form 990 which is then e-filed with the IRS.”
