In this way, the bioscience resource project fulfills its mission "to provide the highest quality scienfific information and analysis to enable a healthy food system and a healthy world- and its obligations as a public interest educational non-profit.”

The bioscience resource project website makes important public interest science research accessible to the public. The scientific resource pages are organized according to topic. Short reviews of relevant scientific papers and links to these papers are provided, as are links to other informational websites that have related content that support the organization's public interest exempt purpose. This website also links to the scientific publications of project scientists. The "independent science news (isn)" website publishes original articles written by project scientists and also articles written by other independent experts and donated to the project for publication on "isn". It provides original book reviews and short news items. It also provides an ongoing news update with links to news from around the internet. The organization has a mailing list of over 2,000 individuals who have signed up on the websites for notification of future new ariticles. Additionally, the "isn" website has had 194,457 visitors and the "bsr" website has had 5,461 visitors during 2013. In 2013, a total of 10 artices have been written and published on the "isn" website, a total of 6 by the organization's members and 4 by outside individuals.”
