Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

The board of directors was provided and approved a draft of the audited financial statements.

Form 990, Part XI, Line 9

Unstoppable foundation had its first financial statement audit for the year ending december 31, 2015. As a result of the audit, beginning of the year net assets were increased by $148,980.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The foundation has adopted the provisions of financial accounting standards board asc subtopic 740-10, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. This provision clarified the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in the foundation's financial statements and prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. Management of the foundation analyzed tax positions in all jurisdictions where the foundation is required to file an income tax return and concluded that the foundation had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. The foundation files income tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction and in the state of california. The foundation is no longer subject to u.s. Federal tax authorities for the years before 2012 and by the state of california tax authorities for years before 2011.
