“Teach for All amended its bylaws in fiscal 2015 to reflect changes to the maximum number of Board Members that may serve at any one time (that maximum being 17). In addition, the organization amended its bylaws to set term limits for Board Member Service (that term limit being three terms). Form 990, Part VI, Line 11 The Form 990 was prepared by an Independent accounting firm in conjunction with the organization's financial department. A copy of the draft Form 990 was circulated to select members of the management team, the finance committee of the board and then sent electronically to the Board. Each individual is required to annually disclose any conflicts of interest that arise by virtue of employment, board service, or position with the organization. The organization monitors compliance with its conflict of interest policy through an annual questionnaire/disclosure statement that is distributed to these individuals. Potential conflicts are investigated as required.”
