Additional Explanations

Form 990

Mercy fund distributions are sent to designated agencies that apply for assistance. For the fiscal year, distributions totaling 9,500 were paid from the mercy fund to eight agencies. None of the agencies received more than 2,000. The catholic foundation maintains an account for the benefit of the diocese of fort-liberte haiti. Annual distributions based on a percentage of the value of the fund. These distributions are a reduction of the liability set up on behalf of the fund. Distributions made during the fiscal year was 5,041.
