Acc membership consists of founders and elected individuals in accordance with the provisions of the by-laws. Membership is reflected in the board of directors, advisory committee, and members at large.

For a quorum to exist there must be a majority of members present. Any action to be taken by the membership must pass by a majority vote of members present at a meeting where there is a quorum. In the absence of a quorum, the board of directors is empowered to act on behalf of the membership at its next regular meeting.

Management periodically reviews and evaluates the status of uncertain tax positions and makes estimates of amounts, including interest and penalties, ultimately due or owed.
