THE WATER PROJECT IS PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN PROGRAM AREAS THROUGH REGULAR FIELD AND PARTNER VISITS AND UNANNOUNCED PROJECT SITE VISITS/AUDITS. ADDITIONALLY, REGULAR (NORMALLY WEEKLY) CALLS WITH EACH PARTNER FOCUS ON PROGRAM AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRESS AND CHALLENGES, ONGOING TRAINING AND RESOURCING. THE WATER PROJECT REQUIRES MULTIPLE, FORMAL REPORTS FOR EVERY WATER PROJECT. INITIAL ASSESSMENT DATA IS COLLECTED DURING PROGRAM/PROJECT DESIGN PROCESSES, WHICH IS VETTED BY THE WATER PROJECT PROGRAM STAFF. MID-TERM REPORTS AND EVALUATIONS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO TRACK PROGRESS OF EVERY WATER PROJECT AND COMPARE OUTPUTS TO BUDGETED PLANS. END OF PROJECT COMPLETION REPORTS ARE SUBMITTED UPON INSTALLATION OF EVERY WATER PROJECT.
