Meanwhile, the nightlight continued to serve akron through its community collaborations, including our ongoing screening series held at the akron art museum and the akron- summit county public library. Community film events were also hosted at the nightlight, with partners including the cleveland international film festival, the 2380 film club (a student filmmaking group at the university of akron), and keepers of the art, inc. Additionally, nightlight attendees were exposed to an impressive array of out-of-the-box experiences including art exhibits along the walls populated with locally-created art and curated vinyl sales, courtesy akron's square records.”
