The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 12 unit community known as holly way ii located in holly hill, south carolina, which provides housing for low-income elderly persons, pursuant to section 202 of the national housing act, as amended.

The organization has entered into a management agreement with a management company for day-to-day management of the apartment community as is customary for owners/operators of hud-assisted rental communities. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents, maintenance of facilities, supervision of staff, and ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed in order to establish a safe, sanitary, and affordable environment.

The return is prepared by a certified public accounting firm and provided to the management company for initial review and approval. After any questions and comments from the management company are addressed, the return is provided to the board of directors for final review and approval.
