Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

The board of directors reviews and approves the federal form 990 prior to filing with the irs.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Officers, directors, and trustees are required to submit a business code of conduct and annual conflict of interest form to disability:in, acknowledging their obligation to adhere to the standards as stated in the conflict of interest policy, and attesting that if they have a reasonable belief that a compliance violation has occurred, they will report it to disability:in's board executive committee. Any board member who is aware of a potential conflict of interest with respect to any meeting coming before the board may participate in the discussion after disclosure, but may not vote in connection with the matter.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15A

The cfo and coo reviewed comparability data from both guidestar and the urban institute to propose an adjusted salary for the organization's president & ceo. This information was presented to the chair of the board who then took the proposal to the executive committee of the board of directors which serves as the compensation committee. The compensation committee reviewed and discussed the proposal and comparability data before making their decision to approve. The approved salary adjustment was then included in the organization's budget for the following year. The last compensation review took place in november 2024.

Form 990, Part III, Line 4A

Early career talent accelerator: disability:in's early career talent accelerator is a 12-week hybrid professional development program created by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Conceived from the premise that all professionals deserve relevant and customized development at every career stage, the program offers early-career professionals-whether individual contributors or first-time supervisors-content that acknowledges the role disability may play in their career journey. The program combines self-paced learning with virtual instruction across three key modules-self, skills, and others-focusing on holistic career development. It culminates in an in-person capstone and graduation at the annual disability:in global conference & expo. For companies, the early career talent accelerator provides a tangible way to invest in the growth of disabled talent, reinforcing a commitment to inclusion while equipping participants with the tools to succeed. The newest offering among disability:in's portfolio of programs, following a two-year seed grant that supported program development scoping and development in 2023, the early career talent accelerator launched in 2024 with a pilot cohort of 25 participants. Participants were sent a survey at six-months post-program to measure career impact, and data indicated that the early career talent accelerator contributed to participants promoting faster, performing better, and staying with their employer longer than their corporate peers. 38% of survey respondents indicated they've been promoted since aug. 1, 2024. 38% of survey respondents indicated that they received a performance review since aug. 1, 2024 that resulted in a higher rating than the prior review cycle. Meanwhile, the average tenure at their present employer is 4.33 years among survey respondents, 1.25x the national average of 3.5 years for private sector workers. Learning & workplace development: disability:in offers a variety of curated and customized learning opportunities for its corporate partners and non-partner organizations designed to help build awareness, deepen understanding, and accelerate action around disability inclusion issues. The twice monthly educational webinar series spotlights key topics such as accessibility, supplier inclusion, talent acquisition, neurodiversity, disability etiquette, and more. These sessions feature speakers from corporate partner organizations who offer practical insights into managing internal programs, overcoming challenges, sharing best practices, and highlighting lived experiences with disability. All corporate partners receive unlimited access to the webinar series and are encouraged to invite their full organization to participate. Select partnership levels also include the opportunity to speak and showcase their company's disability inclusion efforts. Nearly 7,500 total attendees engaged live with disability:in webinars in 2024 with many more accessing the webinar replays via the archive on the corporate partner portal. Disability:in also provides organizations with access to paid training programming through its course catalog offering and access to subject matter experts through its guest speaker scheduling. The course catalog features a selection of disability inclusion trainings led by a team of passionate facilitators with decades of combined experience across the private and public sectorsas well as lived experiences with a wide range of disabilities. Each session is designed to be interactive, discussion-based, and tailored to an organization's goals. Topics span accessibility, accommodations, disability etiquette, self-identification, and more. Disability:in subject matter experts are available to speak at organizational events in a variety of formats, including keynotes, panels, fireside chats, and more. With deep expertise in disability inclusion, accessibility, and workplace practices, disability:in speakers bring both professional and lived experienc

IRS990/Desc0DISABILITY:IN PROGRAMS:DISABILITY INDEX: THE DISABILITY INDEX HAS BECOME THE LEADING INDEPENDENT, THIRD-PARTY RESOURCE FOR THE ANNUAL BENCHMARKING OF CORPORATE DISABILITY INCLUSION POLICIES AND PROGRAMS. IT IS NOW TRUSTED BY MORE THAN 70% OF THE UNITED STATES FORTUNE 100 AND NEARLY HALF OF THE FORTUNE 500. SUCH COMPANIES MUST INCREASINGLY CONSIDER HOW EMERGING GLOBAL REPORTING DIRECTIVES AND STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS SURROUNDING SOCIAL AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FACTORS IMPACT THEIR OPERATIONAL, CULTURAL, REPUTATIONAL AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE. SINCE ITS INCEPTION IN 2015, PARTICIPATION IN THE U.S. EDITION OF THE DISABILITY INDEX HAS GROWN 7X FROM 80 COMPANIES IN THE INAUGURAL YEAR TO 540 IN 2024. FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, THE DISABILITY INDEX MARKED ITS 10TH ANNIVERSARY IN 2024 BY OFFERING SCORED BENCHMARKS FOR SEVEN INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES. THIS EXPANSION INCLUDED BRAZIL, CANADA, GERMANY, INDIA, JAPAN, THE PHILIPPINES, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM, AND TOGETHER WITH THE 540 U.S. SUBMISSIONS TOTAL 2024 PARTICIPATION ACROSS ALL EIGHT COUNTRIES WAS 753 SUBMISSIONS. IT IS A COMPREHENSIVE BENCHMARK THAT HELPS COMPANIES BUILD A ROADMAP OF MEASURABLE, TANGIBLE ACTIONS ACROSS SIX SCORED CATEGORIES: CULTURE, LEADERSHIP, ENTERPRISE-WIDE ACCESS, EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, AND SUPPLIER INCLUSION. PARTICIPATING COMPANIES RECEIVE A SCORE, ON A SCALE OF ZERO (0) TO 100, WITH THOSE SCORING 80 OR HIGHER EARNING THE DISTINCTION OF "BEST PLACES TO WORK FOR DISABILITY INCLUSION" FOR THE BENCHMARK YEAR.INCLUSION WORKS PROGRAM: INCLUSION WORKS IS A DISABILITY:IN PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES CUSTOMIZED CONSULTING ON DISABILITY INCLUSION TO PARTICIPATING COMPANIES THROUGH ACCESS TO SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS AND INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING.
