“The organization delegates management duites to a management company.”
“Our accounting firm prepares and delivers a draft of the form 990 to the executive director of our organization and it is available to all members of the board of directors for their review. Everyone is given time to review the draft form 990 and respond with their comments. After this period, all appropriate edits are made to the draft form 990. The final edited form 990 is then filed with the internal revenue service.”
“Annually all board members are provided with a copy of our organization's conflict of interest policy to read and review. All board members are required to disclose all current conflicts and any other conflicts as they arise. This way management and the board can monitor all conflicts and enforce the conflict of interest policy on a current basis.”
“The organization will provide copies of governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements to the public upon request.”
“The organization is a philanthropic organization consisting of a diverse network of individuals who invest their time, expertise and capital in accelerating the social impact made by nonprofit organizations.”
“Psvp is a volunteer organization. All partners (volunteers) share their personal and professional expertise with nonprofits who are engaged with psvp through its grant-making programs.”
“Full circle program our model - full circle - is pittsburgh's impact accelerator for nonprofit organizations and has met or exceeded our expectations for providing partners with meaningful opportunities to work with and support nonprofit innovation and impact. Full circle expands our reach to more nonprofit organizations since we run two cohort groups per year. Entering 2020, we expected full circle to run two cohort groups of nonprofit organizations during the year, as we did in 2019. However, due to the onset of the covid-19 pandemic, in 2020, we did not field any nonprofit cohorts. Although we did partner with a pittsburgh, pennsylvania-based management consultancy that specializes in strategic communication and crisis management to provide a free webinar for the benefit of nonprofit organizations, and although we did offer to psvp partners tailored diversity, equity and inclusion training over three virtual sessions, we do not believe that full circle's performance in 2020, operationally or programmatically, can be compared within reason to full circle's performance in prior years due to the pandemic. The feedback that we have received through surveys with the full circle nonprofits and partners who have been executive coaches has been positive. The participating nonprofits credit the takeaways from the program as key aids in gaining new funding, improving their messaging to the public and to their stakeholders as well as improving their overall sustainability. While we have received positive feedback on previous programming, we strive to attempt to provide deeper involvement and developing skills to a wider range and more-diverse set of organizations each year. As part of the program, the breadth of skill-building (i.e., not simply pitch events, but workshops on financial sustainability and resource mapping) allows more of our partners to use broader sets of their skills and experience. The workshop-style sessions give partners the opportunity to interact and connect with multiple nonprofits as well as with each other. Several partners have continued their work with their nonprofits after the programs have ended (for example, by joining the nonprofit's board or volunteering in other ways).”

| IRS990/Desc | 0 | FULL CIRCLE PROGRAM OUR MODEL - FULL CIRCLE - IS PITTSBURGH'S IMPACT ACCELERATOR FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND HAS MET OR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR PROVIDING PARTNERS WITH MEANINGFUL OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK WITH AND SUPPORT NONPROFIT INNOVATION AND IMPACT. SEVERAL PARTNERS HAVE CONTINUED THEIR WORK WITH THEIR NONPROFITS AFTER THE PROGRAMS HAVE ENDED (FOR EXAMPLE, BY JOINING THE NONPROFIT'S BOARD OR VOLUNTEERING IN OTHER WAYS). |

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 0 | THE ORGANIZATION IS A PHILANTHROPIC ORGANIZATION CONSISTING OF A DIVERSE NETWORK OF INDIVIDUALS WHO INVEST THEIR TIME, EXPERTISE AND CAPITAL IN ACCELERATING THE SOCIAL IMPACT MADE BY NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 1 | PSVP IS A VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION. ALL PARTNERS (VOLUNTEERS) SHARE THEIR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE WITH NONPROFITS WHO ARE ENGAGED WITH PSVP THROUGH ITS GRANT-MAKING PROGRAMS. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 2 | FULL CIRCLE PROGRAM OUR MODEL - FULL CIRCLE - IS PITTSBURGH'S IMPACT ACCELERATOR FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND HAS MET OR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR PROVIDING PARTNERS WITH MEANINGFUL OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK WITH AND SUPPORT NONPROFIT INNOVATION AND IMPACT. SEVERAL PARTNERS HAVE CONTINUED THEIR WORK WITH THEIR NONPROFITS AFTER THE PROGRAMS HAVE ENDED (FOR EXAMPLE, BY JOINING THE NONPROFIT'S BOARD OR VOLUNTEERING IN OTHER WAYS). |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 3 | THE ORGANIZATION DELEGATES MANAGEMENT DUITES TO A MANAGEMENT COMPANY. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 4 | OUR ACCOUNTING FIRM PREPARES AND DELIVERS A DRAFT OF THE FORM 990 TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OUR ORGANIZATION AND IT IS AVAILABLE TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THEIR REVIEW. EVERYONE IS GIVEN TIME TO REVIEW THE DRAFT FORM 990 AND RESPOND WITH THEIR COMMENTS. AFTER THIS PERIOD, ALL APPROPRIATE EDITS ARE MADE TO THE DRAFT FORM 990. THE FINAL EDITED FORM 990 IS THEN FILED WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 5 | ANNUALLY ALL BOARD MEMBERS ARE PROVIDED WITH A COPY OF OUR ORGANIZATION'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY TO READ AND REVIEW. ALL BOARD MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE ALL CURRENT CONFLICTS AND ANY OTHER CONFLICTS AS THEY ARISE. THIS WAY MANAGEMENT AND THE BOARD CAN MONITOR ALL CONFLICTS AND ENFORCE THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY ON A CURRENT BASIS. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 6 | THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE COPIES OF GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY, AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO THE PUBLIC UPON REQUEST. |
