The retail energy supply association is a broad and diverse group of retail energy suppliers who share the common vision that competitive retail energy markets deliver a more efficient, customer-oriented outcome than regulated utility structure. We are devoted to working with all stakeholders to promote vibrant and sustainable competitive retail energy markets for residential, commercial and industrial consumers.

Cornerstone insurance services, inc, a full service association management company was used to plan and execute budgets, financial operations and administer exempt operations. It is wholly owned and operated by tracy mccormick.

Article iv, setion 1, provides that the corporation shall have one class of members,hereinafter referred to as corporate members. Licensed retail electric or gas suppliers who support the principles and position of the corporation are eligible to apply for membership in the related caucus(es). Corporate membership shall be applied for,in writing, on forms prescribed by the executive director at the direction of the board. Membership applications will be evaluated by the board based on the applicant's consistency with the values and interests of the corporation. Corporate membership shall become effective upon an affirmative vote of a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the directors and tender of payment of the annual dues.
