THE NUMBER OF EMERGENCY CALLS FOR 2012 INCREASED ABOUT 19% TO 17,523 WHILE NON-EMERGENCY CALLS DECREASED 18% TO 4,439 AND WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORTS DECREASED 4% TO 32,324 TRIPS ALL OF WHICH RESULTS IN AN INCREASE OF ALMOST 40% IN GROSS TRANSPORT REVENUES.
