This property will help the state park create a new parking area to keep visitors safe from parking on the road in ceasars head state park. 9. Renewable water resources sewer tunnel right away/easement reedy river tract this property was sold to rewa. This helps rewa make sure that their systems are safer through a sewer tunnel instead of going over the reedy river. The following parcel was received as a donation: 1. Cedar rock this property will eventually connect into jones gap state park.”

The expenses of upholding these easements is diffused amongst the two organizations, consisting mstly of mileage costs for driving. Upstate forever has a clear written policy and guidelines for monitoring, which naturaland follows.”
“Intangible assets comprised of listed rights and/or restrictions over the owned property that are conveyed by a property owner to the trust, in perpetuity, in order to protect the owned property as a significant natural area. These intangible assets may be sold or transferred to others so long as the assignee agrees to carry out, in perpetuity, the conservation purposes intended by the original grantor. Contributed conservation easements held by the trust are not recorded because easements do not represent economic assets or resources.
